Advertising

We create a listing for your property, including professional photos, and advertise it to our tenant network and across realestate.com.au and Domain using premium placement listings to reach as many prospective tenants as possible.

Open for Inspections

We conduct regular open for inspections (OFIs) as well as on demand private inspections to minimise vacancy by finding a tenant for your property as quickly as possible.

Applicant Screening

We ensure only the most suitable tenants are chosen for your property by carefully screening each applicant using our proprietary 100 point tenant check, a full reference check, and a tenancy database check.

Rent Collection

Rent is collected automatically from the tenant each month and deposited straight into your account. Our system makes paying rent as easy as possible to minimise the potential for late and missed payments giving you more stable cashflow.

Routine Inspections

We conduct the maximum number of routine inspections allowed by legislation to ensure your property is being looked after and catch any maintenance issues before they become an expensive problem.

Maintenance

Our team is there to advise on and coordinate maintenance of your property. We only use licensed and insured providers, source multiple quotes to ensure you get the best price, and will seek your instruction for any jobs that exceed your allocated cost threshold.

Support

We’ve built our systems and processes from the ground up to require as little involvement from you as possible. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises, our team will negotiate with the tenant and, if necessary, attend VCAT with the aim of minimising loss of rent and vacancy.
